OUR HERITAGE
Tristellar Trading Corporation was founded on August 13, 2004 by Maria Theresa M. Carlos or more commonly known as “Thess or Theresa”. The name TRISTELLAR was derived from the words “Three Stars” which symbolizes her children whom she considers her most valuable treasure. Her journey started with the founding of TMD Grains Center, a small retail grain store in Las Pinas back in 1994 using her savings as capital. Her first satellite storage facility was a dilapidated warehouse with a damaged roof and an unsecured entry point, the only way to protect her inventory from rainwater was a large canvass covering most of her warehouse. Through sheer determination and absolute will, she was able to build a Warehouse located in Barangay Bagtas, Tanza, Cavite which the company currently operates, Catering to the rice requirements of CALABARZON & NCR.
CURRENT FRAMEWORK
TRISTELLAR envisions to be a national household brand of choice in different Philippine Industries and Enterprises. Currently, it is in the wholesale business of various high-quality rice grains. It is backed up by its family-owned rice mill in Sablayan, Occidental, Mindoro, which has a full production capacity of 5,000 sacks per day. Moreover, it sources rice products from affiliate rice mills in Isabela, Nueva Ecija, and Central Luzon Area, so as to maintain price and inventory stability. Presently, The company’s operational distribution covers the wholesale distribution of standard and repackaged rice products for rice wholesalers, resellers, consumers and reputable corporate entities in CALABARZON.
FUTURE
As of current statistics, Tristellar Trading Corporation is gauged to expand to its proposed Warehouse located in Cavite’s Capital, Trece Martires City in no more than 3 years. Once established, the new facility will command 3 times the volume of its current operation. Also, the facility will cover all of CALABARZON’s demands as a supply depot of various rice products and services. Moreover, the facility and its geography will soon establish future establishments and facilities to pursue the company's vision to diverse into different Local and International Industries and Enterprises
